The Stainless Steel Waste Interceptor is a straightforward yet highly efficient device that filters out most organic solid matter before it reaches the grease trap.  This process prevents food particles and other organic materials from entering the drains, significantly reducing grease buildup and helping to prevent clogs and maintain the drainage system.  It is small enough to be installed under or next to most compartment sinks commonly found in restaurants and commercial kitchens.
