This model is designed for mounting under a standard square pre-rinse sink replacing a garbage disposal. It hangs firmly and securely under any standard square pre-rinse sinks occupying the space for a garbage disposal unit.
The system functions as a solid garbage interceptor separating solid garbage and liquid affecting a pretreatment process for wastewater. It is a dual-strainer design, which consists of a primary strainer and secondary strainer. The primary strainer is a stainless steel pre-rinse basket that fits a 12”, 15” or 18’ standard size bowl colleting bigger food particles. The secondary strainer is an enclosed large strainer-drawer which intercepts and collects smaller food particles preventing them being flushed down into the drainpipe.
